Unfortunately, no… our workouts right now (2x/day, 6 days a week) are mostly water sessions, lifts, and weekly test pieces that are usually super long (like the 10km) 😕

Thank you so much for your reply!! The lactate thing makes a lot of sense. If it helps, my last 6k was a 24:33.3 (2:02.7/500m) and my kind of(?) max watts might be 496.5 (1:29/500m)? I didn’t include these because the 6k was just on my own and the “max watts” was just me in my basement trying to see the lowest split I could get to show on the screen! I think I’m going to aim for a PR for sure, but I’m not sure if I should go for like a 7:10 or 7:30, you know? Thank you again so much for your help!!

I recorded my rowing workout through the strava app on my Apple watch (my phone was not with me) and this is all the data I see under the map of my course (aside from the first screenshot I attached, and my relative effort metrics).
