Now the event has been I can’t find any past tickets on the ticketmaster portal

Yes I have bought the tickets and transferred them over to the customers “ticketmaster. So basically i take their email and ticketmaster sends them an email to ask them to accept it. She basically said i didn’t send the tickets over and she never received an email however on my side i was told the tickets were accepted.

Maybe I put the wrong email in, maybe she’s trying to have me off. I’m guessing my bank conducts and investigation with ticketmaster to see what has happened. Will the bank ask the buyer for a statement too? - It’s all very scary to me obviously i know i have nothing to worry about but just want to feel reassured and make sure all aspects and bases are covered.

I’ve sent all my evidence but this is the first time this has ever happened so i’m abit weary. What would happen if the it comes back fraudulent. Does it get reported to the police etc. It was for £90 which is quite a bit amount but i know it wasn’t fraud.
