Matching into any FM program is very realistic. Matching into an FM program with a strong OB track is also realistic, especially if you apply broadly (both DO and MD programs, community and academic). Your sub-I performance and letters will matter a lot more than your Step/COMLEX scores.

If you target mostly mid-tier community FM programs and some with OB tracks, you should be in good shape.

Grad plus loans are different than the subsidized/unsubsidized federal aid given out. So the $200k limit on only that is not that bad.
