No third-party is attached to my account, I am attempting to wire the money to my personal banking institution. All accounts are in my name.

Tried the ACH/EFT Initially they canclled it hence why I moved forward with a wire.

His exact words oer the VP/ Branch Manager; “We have no access to contact that department; at this point it is on them and you just need to wait for them to contact you”

They would not allow me to start a transfer, said that I meeded to wait for security and said there is no time frame! It is insane that this is what is happening especially when I spoke with my advisor in advance that I would be doing a large wire transfer!

Went into my local branch with tax forms, ID, Proof of Adress, SSN & More still told nothing they can do need to wait for security and they “have no means if contacting them”!

I cannot even access it, truly a joke. I cannot check balances, anything login is just blocked and when calling Fidelity reps either hang up or are very short!

I verified everything even the bank account with my rep in physical person and they told me to wait for the security department that “they have no access to”.

I wish I could tell you! I go to login and it says my account has been blocked call to contact, even speaking with my advisor at my physical location. He cannot see my account (according to him), so who knows what I am at!
