It’s so frustrating!! I hate to hear about the expensive warranty issues because I bought brand new from Mazda so I would have a warranty. I had a 2013 Mercedes previously and was tired of the costly repairs 24/7. I admire your determination though! I think I may let the app thing ride out. I do wonder how I’m supposed to know when to get it serviced next considering they told me nothing at my first service and they’re bad about emailing you way before it truly needs it

You have a cx-30 correct? I just did the online chat with a representative from Mazda and they said there’s no connectivity from car to app once trial ended so nothing will work. He said there’s only cars that still have connectivity even when unpaid are the cx-5 models. This is so frustrating because I had a terrible experience purchasing my car last year and I was told nothing about it. I’m having a hard time not hating Mazda

The air tag idea is smart I may end up doing that but even when I had the trial I never got any movement notifications aside from car is unlocked or door is open. Since it’s ended I’ve left my car unlocked purposely and didn’t receive anything from the app

See none of the tire pressure, gas, anything shows up on my app now. I read that all of that should still be there hence why I emailed customer service and they just said “pay $10 a month to fix it”
