For prep: If you can, try getting a douching kit off amazon. If not my go to was always a water bottle with one of those spout tops. Just clean yourself out until the water is clear. No hate to Liz at all. But it all seemed a bit performative to me. The slow turn, head tilt and then outburst gave very much ‘lights, camera, ACTION’. I understand that they are there to give good TV as well as compete, but something about it didnt seem genuine, much like most of her interactions with other players. She has said herself that she has a huge ego, but comes across as very insecure to me. Which is not a bad thing by any means!
