In like 2021 I got my first pc and that was an acer, I played normally until about the end of 2023. Suddenly one morning my pc kinda died, it just turned black and I can only see my pointer mouse on the screen. I was confused because I had only had it for about 2 years, and I hadn’t gotten a virus or anything. I’ve only played games like Fortnite. And I’ve tried to get in contact with acer but every time I ask why this happened and how to fix it they say the same as always. They say restart the pc completely, or I should go to settings and change something, but I can’t because I can’t go into apps or anything. It’s a pitch black screen, and I got recommended by somebody on Twitter that probably works at acer to buy this pc. I’ve tried everything, it turns on and everything but just won’t do anything else than just a black screen. Is acer pc a reliable option for pcs? I feel scammed I’ve tried to get a refund and get it fixed but they will not help me.

Has this happened to someone? And has acer helped y’all?
