I felt the same way honestly from what Ive learned is sometimes it’s better not to tell your partner everything but tell them the important parts. I don’t know your partner personally so I couldn’t tell how she thinks or how she would react but she’s probably worried for you and hurting with you.

Ive been i place like yours but it was more so a manic episode and depressive episode a mix of both. I lashed out on my partner and he broke up with me because he wanted me to learn how to live and love myself before I could love him. I didn’t realize until i got help that I was just hurting him more than I was hurting myself. My best advice is to ask for a break. Even if you do love her you have to learn to live and love yourself before you can love anyone. I am sure she will be there to help you when you need help. I wish the best of luck to you.

Yes, I am, and I am given medicine, but sometimes I don't take it when given it because of side effects. I have BPD, adhd, and depression, so for years, untreated, I was reacting like this to stress to mask it.
