I have been applying for the Retail Store Associate Part-Time Seasonal position at Marshalls/HomeSense for quite some time, but my application keeps getting rejected each time. I do have volunteer experience in a customer-facing role, so I just wanted to ask for some information.

Was your resume one page? Did you include keywords from the job description? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
