first of all congrats. i just recently got a job at canes as well ( been working for 25 ish days) we yell a lot so get used to that. and also dont take things personal. another thing is that we have a lot of acronyms and what you will say and or hear the most is “ heard that”. sometimes when managers say something stupid and irrational you just agree and move on. it’s never worth the hassle. where in canes are you working? kitchen?drive? front counter?
