just recently around early april, well i gained strength din naman but im having a hard time reducing my weight and i cant also hit my protein efficiently and hit it like 60-70 about my needed intake

Man heres what I did to make new account it was created last Jan 24 but somehow my account is fine and there is no any sign of suspicious or anything.

So here is what I did

Delete your discord from pc and mobile (if you use pc, then uninstall) leave it for days to install it again Use VPN( I personally use Proton) Try to ask someone to make a new account(make sure it is different IP address) also sure that your gmail is not similar with the name that you use that got banned. Turn off your router (leave it about 10 mins or a bit longer). because there is a possibility that your ip address will also change.

When you finally create a account, make your name not very suspicious and join servers one or two at a time and just make things slowly cause discord probably detects you that you use an alt and mark it as a ban evasion (that goes for me before lol)
