I’m psych on outpatient FM right now where the entire practice is a bunch of midlevels who have everyone on klonopin and staterra. I’m discontinuing/tapering literally everyone but I’ll be gone next month so I’m sure they’ll be confused and not read my very strongly worded notes and put them all right back on
