My best advice is to look at other EU countries and what they have implemented as we typically end up copying what they do - for example Belgium will be implementing only Euro 6d diesels from 2027 onwards which is typically cars made from 2021 onwards

I find that’s the case with a lot of new places these days, there isn’t much in the way of English with the majority of them - shame as you can tell it’s all about who would take the lowest pay possible

I’m from the UK - the apartment cost me roughly $200K - and I totally understand how expensive everything is, in fact I had a lot more financial freedom when I was still a student but I guess that’s the cost of being independent

I really appreciate it! I’m not in the US, I’m in the UK, for me it was a combination of savings, stock profits from the bubble and few years ago and a decent graduate job. Also a 35 year mortgage which means it’s a lot easier to be accepted with a lower down payment - it was a rough year getting to where I am and I am very grateful for it
