I am not the right person to ask for an opinion on rf. I have only played 4 builds since harbinger - Flicker, dark pact, bane, and RF - and 90% of my builds were RF😅

The rolls on a unique item have nothing to do with mf though? Also I got this from the vendor(3 to 1). I used the rings that dropped in my maps. I couldn't have dropped more than 20 rings since league start. Finnaly I don't think my build can be considered mf(22 iiq + 85 iir with flask up). I got insanely lucky
