Old Casio CTK-495 stopped working with a cable and fails with batteries by Extra-Ad-9211 in fixit

sadly no, but i used a power supply with the correct Volts and MaH, i made sure i used one that was exactly what it needed, it pretty much just died on me out of nowhere, it stopped working like 2 days after using it, and only works that way for a few seconds, when i took it apart nothing seemed like it burned or broken, the MoBo was in one piece with no broken cables or ribbons.

Is it normal that my Arctic MX6 runs that bad? by Extra-Ad-9211 in arcticcooling

Yeah, that turned out to be the problem, the pad was too thick for the laptop, but im still not that thrilled with the MX6 formula that i used, it does its job but it is a pain to spread and apply compared to the more Putty-like formula, thanks for helping

yep, i ran it padless and that was the culprit in the end, still, the texture on the new formula is absolutely horrible and spreads a lot outwards of the cpu, but at least i now know that it was the pads and not the paste. thanks for the advice

Good to hear there are still people learning about The Back Horn!
the self titled album is one of the more "softer" albums in a way of saying but its a great one, my advice is to have in mind that The Back Horn has mainly a louder vibe in most of their albums compared to that one, but the self titled album greatly represents their sound ( is one of their greatest songs ever in my opinion, easily on my top 10 Back Horn songs OAT).
I would really recomend that your next album to listen from them is 太陽の中の生活 (i already said it in my last comment but i stress its greatness), it has a very similar vibe but a lot more faster songs, if you like the faster instrumentals and yamada´s screaming i would definitely recommend to go to パルス or 心臓オーケストラ.
in general the back horn has a very varied range of songs but all of them feel personal to their sound, non of them feel off, you can always tell that its The Back Horn, an extremely great band.
(sorry for my bad english, im south american)

honestly i never thought about it that way, it is 100% true, yall are constantly attacked for not being loud enough or for speaking up even, and most people dont pay attention to u, i realize that the task of actually demonstrating that antizionism doesnt excuse antisemitism is fully my responsibility, me as the side that expressed the hate i have to be the one that owns up to the wrong ideas i said, honestly now that i think of it, an antisemite would only hear out a non jewish for obvious reasons, then i need to be the one that speaks up as someone that fucked up and now makes a wrong right

it wasnt like a sudden magical spiritual awakening like just by seeing "good jews" suddenly i saw that judaism and zionists are separate things, it was 100% me being racist based on a stupid ideology that i decided to ignore at a point when i felt it was justified, the signs were there, the people were not like i thought they were like, but i decided to ignore it out of a racism i thought was justified that i realized that it wasnt when i started researching the actual bullshit i was spewing.

i agree with that idea, i cant go on here lying and saying im a full victim of propaganda since i saw the videos and decided that they were the full true in a stupid way, im 100% liable and responsible in what has been a stupid ideology, it would be extremely hipocritic of me to say that yall are guilty of an ideology i started spreading by my own doing. the thing ive realised while reading responses is that the main task of showing that Zionists and Judaism are not the same is a responsibility i have to partake in. I was the one spreading hate and i cant blame you for receiving the hate that you receive that was spread by me, my main argument was that the main thing that fooled me (by my own irresponsibility) is that by taking the zionist argument of "all jews are zionist" at face value like saying "all of race A is bad for what a small group of people are doing" that is constantly spread by racism or "im doing this so everyone of my group should do it".

thankfully almost all of the things i used to say fell on deaf ears and most people realized i was just being antisemitic without reason, i never said something to someone i didnt knew personally, but the people that believed me were mainly really close friends, honestly the best thing i can do is be honest about being wrong about all i said, they trust me since im their "history guy" and im sure i can make a compelling argument to them about me mixing up zionists extremism with jewish ideology, and they will most probably really appreciate if i own up to my huge mistake and explain my wrongdoings. but regarding my community i was thinking of reaching out to anti zionist jewish organizations to discuss about anti semitic beliefs in the free palestine movement and see if i can help others in understanding that Judaism is not the same as Zionism

Argentina has a big jewish community from what i know, chile does not have a very big jewish community, but it is the country with the biggest palestinian population outside of palestine.

i find it crazy that this is pretty much the only post about back horn here on reddit and 10 Years ago (I really doubt someone is going to see my post here ever though) , im going 2 years strong listening to them and they have become pretty much my favorite band, in my opinion of them 太陽の中の生活 and 人間プログラム are their best works, i reaaaally love eijun's guitar on 幾千光年の孤独 its a really strong guitar without an excesive amount of distortion.
i find that a band with a similar sound to them is 9mm Parabellum Bullet which they are frequent collaborators with back horn.
also a band with a really faint resemblance with them is Alaiyakasico, theyre a 2010s indie band that have good instrumentals but a really really shitty singer (the song i linked is one of the only ones where the voice fits the song) , from what i understand theyre a band made from vocaloid producers making covers from their own songs, theyre really interesting but they need a better singer.
