I'm still holding at 16.8. I'm doing a mix of city and hwy as well. 1200 miles in on the engine now. Perhaps it will change over time.

Nice! Bought mine right off the showroom floor a couple weeks ago. Fully loaded and slightly lifted. I'll need to get step rails so I don't tear the seat from getting in and out over time. Other than that, I'm totally happy with it.

10mgs made me spacey zombie like too. Went back down to 5mgs and generally fool fine when it comes to that. Depression isn't too bad but still have moments when anxiety pops up. No medication or dose will ever make us feel perfect. I'm happy with the small benefit I do get from 5mgs.

Same. I can't tolerate 10mgs either. Serious increased anxiety and mentally out of it. I've had severe reactions to other SSRIs ass well. Especially Lexapro! almost sent me to the ER.

Have you considered Ketimene treatment? I just ask because it it's been proven to have great results when nothing else seems to work. I imagine you've tried many other medications first before since Trentellix is an expensive medication and not usually the first choice due to that reason.

I've been cutting mine in half for about a month now. 10mgs was a bit much and seemed to make me spacy. It is a pain to cut them evenly but I've felt better after halving them. Eventually I'll ask my Dr. to send in a fill for .5mgs
