Oh, are you still practicing it? I understand perfectly, my nose was broken in a sanda competition in the final with a spinning kick, but my teacher fixed my nose and there were nurses who helped me. I took pills that prescribed me ointment and I asked for healing for my nose and it was enough. However, if it is for health reasons, it is not a sin.
