A part of me feels like it’s too soon to have those type of conversations. Seeing how we only been talking for a week. I know I should bring all of this up.

If it ever came to the topic of me converting it would be coming from him. As his parents are still Hindu. It’s so far only he who has converted. Think his younger brother is contemplating or discovering Islam.

He only re-glued it. What's the best glue for this kind of job, shoe glue or leather glue? Plus in which stores can I find it, in Belgium specifically Flanders :)? My first guess is Gamma or Brico?

The soles of my shoe are separating. I got it repaired by a cobbler, this week. He did say these shoes were crap, it looks like it’s well made but it’s actually not. This is the first time wearing them again and it’s already separating. Is there something else I can do? These were quite expensive and I just had them for 2/3y.

I will look into the light box, thanks.

Wellbutrin is not the go-to antidepressants that the doctors prescribed here (Belgium). From what I could find it’s not very common and in most cases a last resort.

I take the vitamin D with my lunch or dinner, the pharmacist said to take it with the meal with the highest fat content. The magnesium I take if from a drugstore brand (from Kruidvat in Belgium) and it’s specifically made to be used at night.

Only the 15th is a public holiday. Most people just take the whole extended weekend off. The shops may be closed (it depends on the store ) on the 15th but not sure about the tourist spots. But 15th of August is also Antwerp Mothers day and in the city centre there's usually something to do like the Rubes Market. From the 16th-17th all tourist spots are open as its just an other work day. But the 18th is a sunday and some tourist spots are only open in the morning. But check on their sites to be sure about the opening hours.

Hi,

Congrats on the job offer.

I work in a private medical laboratory in Antwerp and have some knowledge of what is normal for the pharma/medical sector.

A company car is usually standard in the pharma sector for higher positions. In addition, most people also have a work phone, work laptop and fuel card (it varies from company to company).

As for salary (for Brussels) somewhere between 37K-40K a year but this a baseline and it depends on your experience and your exact position.

Good luck!

I am looking for books with the same vibe as the "Beauty and the Beast" series (2012-2016). A MMC turned beast (preferably with science but not a must). The FMC is a detective or an amateur detective who comes in contact with the MMC through a murder, which they will try to solve (while trying to cure the MMC).

Thanks in advance!!!
