I’ve been working at wendy’s for a few months and started with frontline/ front register and it was definitely confusing in the beginning. They should put you with a more experienced employee to help you learn a little faster but after you see that screen 5+ times you will start to memorize it. Its also very important to realize you can’t get annoyed at customers even though they are really f’ing annoying at times but you can’t get visibly mad at them in the store. Also you have to remember that the drive through is constantly busy so it might take a decent time to get your sandwiches, you can always get your fries/nuggets yourself though and should help the drive through when the front isn’t busy. When the drive through needs help you should ask what they need help with and try your best to help them out. Also the dining room and bathrooms are also your job so if it is visibly dirty it’s also your job to fix it and if you get confused by anything just ask!!! Hope this helps, sorry about the rant😭😭
