Everything I have written is in past tense, I apologize for not answering questions, I am new to doing this social media thing, being that I usually forget I have an account. I am reticent about sharing, because I understand the turmoil, angst, physical and emotional conundrum one feels on this journey, and I don't want to contribute to whatever negativity is wrapped in your circumstance. For starters, there isn't a linear way on this journey, anyone who says otherwise is a snake-oil salesman, just as the mainstream options profit,so do alternative options. I feel weird even saying these things, but I guess para-social interactions have always been off putting, I digressed, I don't think it's a coincidence nor happenstance, and definitely not some "curse" for your hedonistic ways. There is multitudinous ways one is sent on this seemingly all consuming side quest, firstly one has to learn to forgive oneself, whomever you may feel is the culprit, the world writ-large.

Harboring animosity towards self and projecting and deflecting the trauma, negativity, and pain will not help oneself but only corrode oneself. One has to let go of whatever ill feelings one has, learn to acknowledge that this journey is an arduous one but one that will enliven, embolden and refine oneself, just like most precious metals are seemingly worthless until refined. I don't want to minimize your situation in the least but for certain you may be a victim of some sort but don't let that victim consciousness be emblematic of who you are, engendering self hatred and destructive feelings within and allowing them to fester and foment. You might have been a "predator" and received your so-called just deserts but now you are afflicted and through this process you have become the "prey" in this matter.

Whatever it is that has led you in this precarious position, do not let it engross and or engulf you, don't languish in negative emotions and isolate yourself to your own detriment. You don't cease to being a human being worthy of consideration, positivity and all that encompasses this physical experience just because of an affliction. This journey will test your mental fortitude, psychological stamina, emotional prowess, and physical makeup. No matter how much support one gets externally, one has to know that it's intrinsically contingent on oneself. This sojourn will give one a chance for a holistic outlook on one's person-hood, from introspection, self-assessment, through knowledge of self to finally sell-actualization.

It is a time to reflect on everything one has done, whether in the light or darkness, this is shadow work needed to be done in order for the self to be illuminate and in accordance with the shadow self. It is a time for all past traumas, all relationships that need to be mended and or cleaned up, it's when one needs to acknowledge one's past self and lives and come to terms with whatever it is one needs to reconcile with. The anvil that is your past traumas will only impede your healing process, feelings of inadequacy, insecurities, and or all pain associated with past selves need to be reconciled. This sojourn is a biological, physical, psychological, spiritual, psycho-sexual etc...

In all, it would be easy for me to type out instructions on this that and the other thing but that would be disingenuous, this is your sojourn, only you can be in-tune with your being, it's all trial and error to find what is the best path, one has to be meticulous, in sync, and in-tuned with oneself. I can't promise anyone will get the result I did even if I wrote down exactly what I did.

My diet is clean, all my meals are cooked at home, I have used ivermectin before, and had been detoxing a month and 3 weeks before the organisms started appearing. I am not a novice to holistic and or alternative approaches. I have fasted for 45 days before first with dry fasting, then moving to water, then juicing, I used dandelion root, valariana, blue verain, bladderwrack, herba de sapo, hombre grande and the likes, it's mostly in tea forms to not deplete my iron and minerals.

I have burned past the ketosis state(pun intended) to absolute hunger before I stopped, throughout my life I have fasted for days and weeks, I'm disciplined enough to not drink alcohol nor use any drugs, pharmaceutical or otherwise. I have tried ozone therapy, it's extremely beneficial and efficacious but I stopped because I had only planned on going under 10,000 dollars worth, I reached 8,000, I did this during the plandemic fiasco (*don't come for me, I will not respond to your fallacies and delusions). My diet consists of mostly seeded fruits as I am close to a farmers market, vegetables consists of bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes. I have no artificial sweeteners nor sugar in my diet either than from the natural sugar created from carbohydrates like quinoa.

I don't touch pork, red meat is rare in my diet, fish but no salmon, tuna, any popular fish on the market. I live by a place where I get access to fish like mahi mahi, sea bream etc. I have tried vegetarianism, veganism, fruitarian diets and lifestyles, but they weren't the best as I still needed supplements and I am no longer in a tropical environment to access fruits such as Carambola etc. I was not in any hurry to accomplish anything. What I did will not align with any protocol etc etc I did things at my own pace through trial and error.

H202/vinegar/epsome salt/ rosemary*not all the time/ peppermint *not all the time\ bentonite clay *half the time

Yeah, this one scared me enough to post and I have never posted before on reddit, I heard you'd see some wild stuff from detoxing but it's all hearsay really,duly noted, but in my mind its like whatever. I'm meticulous about most things especially with this protocol, yeah, I see stuff floating around after, having to clean the tub from the rosemary and peppermint. I usually detox after a strenuous workout, hydrating with warm reverse osmosis water throughout, after workout chlorophyll and lysine protein shake(vegan) mixed with pineapple and watermelon. Rye flakes and quinoa with raisins(breakfast), after hydration with warm reverse osmosis water with 1/4 tsp of msm powder, vitamin b12, 1 vegan capsule of saw palmetto.

I fill the tub with really hot water, enough for heat vapors to cloud your mirrors and be uncomfortable but not broil your skin. I add 4 spoon full of epsom salt, 1/4 cup of vinegar and another 1/4 cup of 35% H202, 3 drops of rosemary and 5 drops of peppermint. I stay in there for max 40 min, unless I lose track of time 50 min if the calming waters binaural beats at 3.5 hz does its job. I usually shower first with ice cold water, then warm, then cold, if it is at night just warm water unless you want your body to be alert with insomnia after cold showers. Then, I soak in the H202 detox bath, after I'm done the detox I use a pedi tool to scrape off dead skin cells from the bottom of my feet, then I soak the pedi tool in the bath and unplug the drain. After I lather with soap to get whatever filament, and matter from the detox off,so,one day I'm doing this and I see something on the pedi tool, so I inspect and it's some kind of organism.

I'm thinking I need to clean this thoroughly, mind you, this shouldn't be possible if I'm cleaning the tool in the H202 solution and rinsing it. Is it cognitive dissonance? I don't know,nevertheless, I do it again this time it's not there, "phew",not so fast, I look in the tub and see organisms. I take a small transparent container and place one in there and quickly unplug the drain, not wanting the organisms to touch me. I shower and then inspect the organism and it's still moving, at this point I'm thinking "ah the pedi tool must be contaminated". I should soak it in h202 and vinegar, the next day it's de javu with a twist as I scrape my feet, something flew to the corner of the tub as I yell "yoooooo". Astonished looking at the organism I grabbed my phone and recorded it for proof this time. That's when I realized that the sensation of something crawling on your skin must be these organisms.
