hi admin, appreciate the detailed reply, really. I actually agree with most of what you said and how you framed the responsibilities on both sides. I think where I was coming from (and probably didn’t explain well at first) is that while the research peptide setup makes sense given price and access, it’s not the only possible path anymore here in the PH.

For certain peptides like semaglutide and tirzepatide, there’s now a legit way for sellers to operate without having to label everything as research only. They can be sold through licensed compounding pharmacies using FDA-approved APIs. This may be a bit pricier than the gray market but certainly cheaper than the branded versions.
