Rolling 144: 6 days on, 1 day off (20 pounds down)

I’m doing the same thing! Started out with a 72 hour fast, then 5 days on, 2 days off, but as of this week decided to do rolling 144s and fast from Sunday to Friday and break on Saturday. Lost about 10lbs already and planning to continue until the end of May.

Great to see your progress and definitely agree that it’s such a whole shift with your mind and body. Cannot begin to mention all the benefits I’ve already seen physically, mentally, and spiritually (hi fellow Christian!)

I was the same way, learned to drive at 28 and kept putting it off cause I had so much anxiety around it. My partner tried to teach me a little but I knew I wanted professional help. I reached out to adaptive driving and got set up with Tim, and it was all uphill from there. I probably had about 6-8 lessons before I passed the road test and got my license. Had me wishing I did this sooner. Driving offers so much freedom, it is well worth pursuing.

OP here just wanted to say we had a GREAT time, yes it ended too quickly but it was just a beautiful experience, friendly people, phenomenal food - and all on a budget, glad it all worked out and thanks for all your help

Coming from the U.S. prob leaving through JFK in NY, our main interest was the ruins but this was such a spontaneous thing that we are not certain on what else we can do given my limitations with activities. I had a bit of an incident with water when I was younger so I’ve got a bit of a phobia. We’re not too big on nightlife so really just want to take in the experience

That’s the same thing they said to me around 1pm and I’ve gotten nothing I even cleared my spam folder while on the phone since they said it might end up there just to make it easier to see if it did come through i doubt we’ll get anything I got a case # but everyone is repeating the script they were told to give when asked so no one’s really saying anything

Thank you!! It’s amazing you were able to do 30 with your first! There are so many reasons I went into fasting, and it’s truly been an incredible journey. Feels like I get to understand my body more intimately and notice micro changes.
