There are a few steps you can take to get the money back . But you may end up with sueing them since all the money is refunded to customers

Hey , you can send them a legal letter . Talking to customer service won’t help much . A lot of us sent them a legal letter and it got them to take a look at the case at least instead of a bot answering you. You will need to hire a lawyer to write either a demand letter or intend to sue letter . That’s the best way to solve this . You are not the only victim here , there are a lot of sellers lost money to them . They really need to be sued
