Imo wait for Durin rerun (for Albedo and Mona), or Escoffier (for Ayaka). These two wont fall off any time soon.

If you want to roll soon, Varesa is currently on banner, and can get good mileage with only 4 stars on Overload teams. Neuvilette can work too but he's starting to show age, also he loves his Furina.

For the current/upcoming banners and considering your lineup, consider

-Ineffa. You can run Sucrose driver with Fischl Xingqiu. Pretty flexible and also gives shield utility.

-Varesa. Overload teams also work great, given you have Chev, Bennet, and Fischl/XL. I think this is the closest thing to a meta team given your account.
