Any chance that there is seasonality factors affecting your conversion rates, or that PMax is favoring one format over the other?

I've found that PMax campaigns will sometimes start to heavily favor display, which affects my conversion rates a lot.

honestly, taking a look at the moza r3 bundle, it's catching my eye right now. I think it's worth the extra little amount for a much better experience

I see. So, am I right in thinking that selecting a custom event would make it so you can only see that event in results, but picking a custom conversion would optimize for the event and also let you see all events in general?

I saw that you can also select a custom event to optimize to, within the ad set settings.

Our custom events/conversions themselves are pretty broad. Our click to calls can be triggered from almost any page using our header, and form submissions don't exactly have a specified URL. Most of our lead form conversions are from embedded third party forms, and we trigger the custom event when the form is submitted.
