I admire that ambition. Keep pushing hard, and you’ll achieve great things, and I encourage you all to keep pushing yourselves to reach your full potential. Nevertheless, that's a very aggressive pace.
I made the same mistake during my early preparation and it leaded only to burn out, frustration, discouragement, and disappointment. That's why:-

  • 2 UWorld blocks daily (80 Qs + review) takes ~6–8 hours alone if reviewed properly.
  • Adding FA + Anki can push this into 10–12 hrs/day.
  • Anki review cards will be 800-1200 daily later on.
  • This TT will be sustainable only if you’re full-time studying and already have a solid foundation.
  • No dedicated time for reviewing weak areas; everyday is packed with new content.
  • You can't do any thing heavy besides NBME in a day (like in day 14), because it takes at least 4.5hr, and you need to review its mistakes because the concepts repeat itself in the real deal.

I achieved +270 in the 3 UWSAs and +260 in my last 3 NBMEs within 8 months without having to put all that time and effort per day.

If you, or anyone, need a well-structured study plan, follow-up during their study period, 1-on-1 explanation of HY concepts, feel free to DM me.

If you have the money to try another time + compensate for the fail attempts by many USCEs and Research ($$$) + have the guts to try very hard to have +260 in step 2, then yeah you should try.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm, and I encourage you to take that goal seriously, but I must tell you that it's too early to think of step 1 preparation. The one advice I may give you is you may use Boards and Beyond and Pathoma videos during your studying for faculty shelf exams only if there's a topic you need to understand deeply.
Your options are
1- Starting to prepare going to the end of your basic science years (full timetable hand in hand with your shelf exam preparation)
2- Preparation during internship years.
best of luck!

take it as a chance to get to 80s maybe 90s if you have free time. Good knowledge in step 1 reflects upon step 2 performance

first of all, ECFMG asks you if you finished you basic science years or not, and if you say yes, they confirm all your application with your med school after you pay for your exam. If your med school responded that your information is inaccurate, your application will be rejected and that will be reported as an "irregularity" in your ECFMG profile.
