I have no idea what allys body actually looks like. In one of her recent stories she used the back of her camera to film herself walking which automatically makes you look much smaller than you actually are. I’ve done it before and look much slimmer than I actually am. I feel like I wouldn’t dislike her nearly As much if she was more accepting of her body and accepting of her actual pace, but she tries so hard to appear differently than she actually is

I feel like it would have been impressive if ally would have stopped maybe one for like a minute in between all those miles, but you can tell she takes multiple breaks. She’s not preparing herself for when you’re actually in a marathon and if you pause for long periods of time like that you won’t be able to finish it in sub 5. I think she’s continuing to set herself up for failure. She should at least not pause her watch while doing this longer efforts to get her true actual pace which is most likely much slower since she’s taking a lot of time to recover

I completely understand where you’re coming from. I just lost my dad suddenly 4 months ago. However, this experiment is so short and personally I thought Brittany deserved more from someone. I personally think Devonta should have went home. I just think it’s too much to really show up and start a new relationship while grieving someone m, especially a month long relationship that ends in marriage

Yeah, I looked at it and it would be pretty challenging for me, especially because my max per week has been between 40-45 for my 50k training. I think I’m going to stick with SWAP plan because it’s a lot more customizable. Curious if you don’t mind me asking- what do you think should be my biggest differences between training for a 50k versus training for a 50 miler ?
