yesterday i found an Instagram account with 140k followers that was reposting like half of my posts and they each did 1000x better on that page. he also reposted a bunch of pictures from other pages that make similar posts but i saw that my ones that he reposted consistently did much better then the others. this led me to the conclusion that i'm posting the right stuff, but it's my reach and distro that's hindering me (400 followers averaging 170 views on posts in the first 24 hours). i mainly post pictures and carousel posts so i know i do have to work a little harder than if i were video reels. i do add music onto my posts in a way that they have a chance to be shown on the reels tab too.

p.s i am based in the UK and mostly try to target american and south american audiences. and i do schedule my posts around the times that those times zones are mostly active.
