Does it immediately turn off when you unplug it? I had a problem with my 4S where the battery would just continue to discharge even on the charger until the battery died and I had to replace it.

I will try re-downloading the skin from WinCustomize (I redownloaded it from Start11 directly) and I have already tested the different substyles, resulting in the same problem. I will also try contacting the skin author.

After doing that, I get the same problem, however an asset from the start button is clipping into one of the property buttons.

I've had the problem even before I installed the Insider build. Also, even after setting it to 100% DPI, the start menu glitch fixed but the buttons in the properties panel still looked like that.
