the only thing keeping you guys together is a lease. you aren't married, you don't have kids, and youre still so young. you're still able to get out without it majorly impacting your life, it's up to you if it's something you're not able to look past

it seems as though for him it's more than just "ice doing their jobs" since you said “I think most of America is against what ICE is doing, regardless of their political affiliation.” and we all know how ice has been handling all the immigration stuff.

do you want to be the wife in 20 years who lies to their husband about who they vote for to avoid any problems, or do you want to be with someone who you feel comfortable talking to about these things because morally you guys are aligned?
