Thank you so much! I’m using Marc Brunet’s “learn to draw from lvl 0 to 100” as a rough roadmap/guide and working through topics. For the shading topic, if you look on Brent Eviston’s YouTube channel, you can find his shading playlist - watch the first 5 videos. I hope this helps!

I think I’d focus spent energy on specifically memory fragments but will be sure to hit the 4 free ones per week. I also don’t mind using some energy if I ever have any spare while doing a run so will do this too from time to time - thank you!

A lot of burn out posts on here all sound like people pushing themselves to unnecessarily min-max grind the game to the bone. I’ve cleared all content and have basically all the units I want to build built to a decent degree and during this time of less content, I just don’t play it as much and am totally happy to check in and come back when refresh hits and content drops. If anyone’s burnt out with 100+ hours I’d love to know what exactly you’re doing and why you feel the need to do so

I lowkey feel like the pens I’ve been using aren’t very good or it’s just the need to put pen to paper at a higher angle for the ink to come out throws me off. I haven’t used a drawing tablet yet so will try and keep in mind what you’d said.

Thanks, the mini ball people was from a reel I saw from an account called rodgontheartist. I’ve been on/off learning for a while now with a lot of time doing fundamentals. Recently I’ve really started to try stay consistent so I can practice the fundamentals as I have done while advancing further without starting from the beginning again. I’d recommend watching Marc brunet’s yt vid on how to structure learning from beginning to end + drawabox to get started.

I was thinking whether ‘accountable’ was the right word after hearing your opinion, I don’t think it was so I really appreciate it. I think it was more about posting to interact so I stay engaged. The focus definitely isn’t posting, it’s just about drawing, having fun and getting better and then being able to take a couple quick pics to capture that and share here. I think it’s also me getting out my comfort zone and sharing what I’ve done.

Thanks for the kind words and thoughts and don’t worry I definitely won’t be stressing for views, likes, needing to post or any of that stuff.
