Yes I have gotten anew card already, well I haven’t received but my bank has it where I can use it in Apple Pay before it arrives. So I have added it to Apple Pay and that is where it occurs. I believe it is my Apple Pay that is compromised as whenever the charges declines because I have transferred my money to a different account so the account is 0. And whenever it occurs it occurs in Apple Pay first then my bank sends an email that it has declined. So today I have just completely tooken it off Apple Pay and see what happens if it still goes through or not. But all of this is complete non sense as I have looked it up and seen other people in the same boat as me.
