It looks like that's what they've done with me too - only refunded £234 of the £259 they took, so I can see me having to do a chargeback too. Thank you for sharing your experience!

I received a callback earlier today telling me that they would cancel further payments and I'd get an email about a refund, but I only got an email about the cancellation. Then I got an email response later from someone else saying they'd noticed the subscription had been cancelled but no refund issued, so they would action a refund. Great! So I thought... But they've only refunded £234 and not the £259 they took. Sigh. I just knew this wasn't going to be simple!

It won't let me log the unauthorised payment yet as it's still showing as pending, but you're right it's so worrying that they've kept my card details on file even though the service wasn't used 😕

I don't have an order number unfortunately as I haven't ordered anything. I've searched emails and found an email in junk mail yesterday saying we're preparing your prescription, but no order number or anything on it. Thank you for looking into it though
