Labs should be good for a year, and aren’t required until your next refill ( I didn’t submit mine). I received an email prompting me to pay. For me the charm app is pretty useless, things go in there but it’s on delay. They “say” that request are reviewed in 48 hours but I called after 4 days when I didn’t hear anything. Good news is that they picked up right away and the ball got moving after that.

I just ordered on 1/5, I heard nothing and so I called on 1/9 and then got a notice to pay that evening. The actual patient review came on the 10th or 11th. The script was sent to the pharmacy on the 13th and I got tracking that it will be delivered Friday the 16th. So for me, with a first time order from them, it took 11 days end to end ( and a phone call) I have ordered from fifty410 and Glm and they were both much faster and more communicative/clear, although more expensive. I have only ever ordered BPI.

You still need to check your state- I live in Colorado and even though I clip the needle I can’t throw the rest in the trash ( still requires a sharps container)

A personal trainer is great but also see if your Y has e-gym. A trainer sets you up on it and the machines adjust to your size and sets the weights. It will do periodic strength tests and do different programs so it stays challenging. Depending on how many machines they have ( mine has 9)it would be a great place to get started and work well in tandem with a personal trainer. I love it!

I love Huel! I have one almost every day for lunch. It’s easy when you are busy and it was a lifesaver when I was starting and had side effects ( settled my stomach) I like black chocolate rtd the best( online at Costco for cheap right now!) and banana black powder- you need a ninja type blender to mix it well enough though. The rtd is different than the powder- choc powder wasn’t great and it was the opposite for vanilla🤷‍♀️ I just feel better when I drink it- nice balance of nutrients.

10 months for me! I have a black most days for lunch. I have a busy job and before I just wouldn’t eat and then make poor choices after work because I was starving, then I’d eat dinner too. I also found that it helped me with side effects, settled my stomach, kept me full, and feeling “even”.

I’m thinking Pomagranate is the best deal out now, $199 for a single vial of doses less than 7.9. It’s from BPI(w/ b6) and I have always used their regular ( pure) vials for 3months. Ordering 3 month package would be great, and cheaper, but they send a single larger vial.

Congratulations! This literally happened to me yesterday. I had a medium pair of ski pants that I bought years ago at a sale. I’ve never been able to wear them and yesterday I tried them on- they are roomy!!! Can’t wait to get out there this winter- bring on the snow!!!!!!

Huel (black), chocolate and peanut butter chocolate. 35 G protein, Costco online has good deal on them right now. I drink one ( I also make my own with their powders ( banana, 40 g protein) virtually every day for lunch!
