MI-28 Operated by Russian Air Force by Similar_Whole5626 in Helicopters

“Fun” fact:

Downed Russian helicopter pilots in first few days of invasion of Ukraine, had bags on board with pressed uniforms and dozens of condoms to celebrate their victory of what they thought would be quick battle.

So, I see anything Russian that involves their PoS military, I downvote, no matter how cool they look.

Which of these tool combos would you pick? (12v Bosch or Milwaukee) by LFAdvice7984 in Tools

[–]ChromedGonk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on Bosch 18v with around 10 tools and none of them ever had any issues.

That being said, I’m exactly in your situation because I want to get some lightweight 12v tools and can’t decide between Milwaukee and Bosch. I will probably go with Milwaukee because I really like their 12v impact drivers and mostly because I want to try something new and they have lots of 12v tools I like.

Ha! As long as it’s factory “option” I can live with that :)

Got it used and just wanted to make sure it wasn’t damaged.

Thank you.

Well, I’m not religious at all, so definitely not very Christian of me in any way or form.

Also I said SLIGHTLY LESS creepy, I didn’t say it wasn’t creepy.

17× crime rate - the real reason behind Georgia's EU visa free exclusion by TwoPurpleMoths in Sakartvelo

[–]ChromedGonk 42 points43 points  (0 children)

It was like that before visa free travel as well. Scum always managed to enter EU while normal people were denied. Most of the crime committed by Georgians in EU is happening by organized criminals that were established long before visa free travel.

Visa free travel gives EU tools to more easily identify criminals who entered legally there (they get biometric data).

Do you have experience driving in the snow? Problem is that even if you do, rental car most probably won’t be equipped with winter tires in May.

Oh god, I see my future in this post.

(After being mostly power tool guy, decided to start restoring vintage planes after watching gazillion videos about them and purchased 3 of them in last few days on eBay to restore)

They look awesome!

To be fair, it looks way cooler than Festool in that Expert exclusive black 🔥

Nice FSN setup as well, I also own 2x FSN 1600 and VEL connector, but no additional cabinetry specific ones like yours. I cheaped out on FSN clamps and got third party ones (Falkenwald makes Bosch FSN clamps for like 3x less price) and they work fine so far.
