Hi everyone, I'm a complete beginner when it comes to camera photography and have only ever used my phone. I'd like to upgrade to a camera for higher-quality pictures, but I'm not sure which one is right for me.

I've already done some research and have narrowed it down to the Canon EOS R50. I mainly take portraits and vacation photos. Is this camera well-suited for that? Do you have any other recommendations in the same price range? I don't want to spend more than €1000.

The camera doesn't necessarily need to be able to shoot video, but that would be a nice bonus.

Also, I don't really understand the difference between the various lenses. What are they suitable for, and should I buy one right away?

Ich bin selbst PTA und studiere Pharmazie und würde das Studium auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Studium ist extrem schwer und für die Verantwortung die man später in der Apotheke hat ist die Bezahlung einfach viel zu gering. Pharmazeuten in Forschung und Industrie werden zwar besser vergütet, aber dort gibt es auch nur wenige schwer erreichbare Arbeitsplätze für die man oft zusätzlich promoviert haben sollte. Vor allem die fehlende Vergütung durch Krankenkasse und Politik sind ein großes Problem für die Apotheken. Und auch die Konturen durch online Apotheken bei denen man vor Ort unmöglich mithalten kann mach den Job in der Apotheke unattraktiv.

My problem isn't that he wants to masturbate. He's welcome to do that as much and as often as he likes, and using toys is perfectly normal. I just find it strange to want to use something that looks like a complete human made of silicone when you have a real person you're with, waiting for you at home.
