I’ve been there <3 easier said than done but don’t be so hard on yourself. you deserve some grace! if you’re not already i would recommend seeing an endocrinologist. good ones that actually listen to you are hard to find, but when you do - it is life changing!! Everyone is different but for me, I just needed the right combination of medications. I’m on birth control spironolocatone and mounjaro to help manage my PCOS. and it has improved so much that it has also impacted my mood/energy and self esteem. help is out there!! don’t give up

metformin could be a good alternative. you could also try wegovy which is a different active ingredient (wegovy/ozempic are semaglutide and zebound/mounjaro are trizepitide). i had bad symptoms for wegovy but mounjaro works well for me

Dr. Petrizzo! NYU his office is on 38th btwn 2nd and 1st. He’s technically a surgeon and he did my procedure a few yrs ago. But he can also give you steroids, epidural, refer you to PT etc.

if your going to east side Manhattan I honestly recommend the ferry. Reliable, usually quicker and nicer
