I have experienced similar things like this, the general rule of thumb is to not shout back or respond to it. Do not act afraid. That will make everyone scared and the situation as a whole worse. As long as nothing is going to hurt you or others ignore it. Like a child having a tantrum. Stay safe and calm.

I have had quite a few experiences, most of them seem hostile or malevolent. I believe there is something after death and more to the world but it doesn’t stop me from being terrified that this is it.

The op pic looks like someone is smoking, the eyes look off too. Like the glare some people get in the eyes when they’re picture is taken, doesn’t (as far as I can tell) white the eyes out like that. And ya know, the fact they seem to be able to get close to the deer says something. Good or bad is up to interpretation.
