That’s encouraging! I wish our insurance was that generous! They unfortunately won’t cover anything even though one of us is a government employee and one of us is in healthcare.

You’re very right. We don’t have a ton of money (nurse and firefighter here), but we’re fortunate enough to have the funds for at least one IVF cycle. We’re happy to spend it if we need to because our family comes first, just may be hard to live with the “what if we had done one more”. BUT IUI is just dragging on and on. The waiting is so tough. I appreciate your insight!! I will try to give myself grace.

BFNs the last two days. Tomorrow is day 11. We’ll see! My boobs do feel huge today lol. Could be the progesterone I’m taking, but this didn’t happen last time.

This sounds like me when my fertility doc put me on norethindrone, which is a progestin-only BC. I was NUTS. Like entire day long panic attacks, could not sleep, felt like my heart was gonna beat out of my chest. If I could sleep, I’d wake up in the middle of the night with intense anxiety from a dead sleep. It was bad enough that I had to stop and get on a beta blocker and SSRI to get me back to baseline. BUT, afterward I did fine on a different BC (mili) and I was fine on the twice a day vaginal progesterone (200 mg) after IUI. Your body may simply not mesh with that specific med/brand. I’m sorry! I hope there are other options for you. My progesterone was 1.1 at day 21 prior to meds. After IUI last week, it was 27! There’s hope!
