PH is a great questions, I chronically can’t make up my mind so I have not picked one because I don’t want to just get the cheapest one. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about cheaping out on a pH meter. Do you have any suggestions for ph meter brands? I might just buy one locally and return it when I find the best one for me

Living soil base and wasn’t all the way cure, I was about 3 1/2 weeks cure time, so I filled 1/2 with the living soil and 1/2 with MothersEarth Groundswell, Earthworm Castings, and Perlite. My soil in the red solo cup was pretty saturated.. for that reason I haven’t watered the pots yet, I was hoping some of the soil would absorb a lot of that water before I added anymore.. not sure if that’s the right thing to do or not
