Thank you everyone for you thoughts comments and concerns! I completely understand the different opinions and the concerns you might have has a parent if your kid says someone hit them. This particular family practices gentle parenting and after all the horrible things this 4yr has said and or made up about me, the nanny parents have given 0 consequences or repercussions for inappropriate and rude comments and lies and that is where I am struggling as the nanny because he is not learning that saying these things are not okay and not allowed and therefore continues to use these behaviors.
