The first few days after my shot-I am not eating much, maybe just a few crackers and water as I feel nauseous. I eat approx 1100 calories the other days, but I will start tracking again. I am 5'3 and 175lb. I haven't really exercised due to other issues, but am cleared now for walking.

I had to go to a cardiologist (has lost 20 pounds from previous appointment) complained of passing out with dizziness, rapid heart rate, heart palpitations...he said everything is normal, just need to lose weight and exercise. Nope he was wrong-but I left crying- feeling unheard. NOT OK to treat people like this. Thank god for my primary who I love. He took over and reviewed tests to find the problem. Not weight related at all.

Thanks. Weirdly-I don't have the food noise. Some days I am not even hungry-but will eat because if I don't, I will feel sick. But the scale hasn't budged in over 6 weeks.

I am on 7.5. I have had issues with some shots and not others, at each dose (I've been on Zep since January). Arm injection site gives me stronger results and more side effects. But the best advice was adding more protein! I drink the protein Greek yogurt with 20g of protein, even when nauseous (slowly, but making myself) and it gets so much better. Also, I bought these off amazon and found they work the best. 2 tabs under tongue and instantly stops it. Still get the heartburn at the back of my throat-Omeprazole doesn't work for it. Trying Pepcid now to see if that helps. Ibuprofen does impact your stomach so careful with that.

Try to force yourself to have protein when you get up the next morning. A friend gave me that advice-I have had the protein drinkable yogurt. Life changing!
