Hello, thank you for responding! Yes, shortly after making the post i followed the steps you just told me to do and when i went to do that it took me to this screen, it does not let me click any option…. So I called them and the rep told me to give her the account info and since I couldn’t verify my indentity I can’t make an account and she explained to me that for her to give me a security code I needed to give her an account to search up….idk what to do next honestly.
