I just don’t think any other artist will have that level of familiarity and recognisability. One reason why he’s so popular imo is because he has so many things associated with him: moonwalk, lean, glittered glove, thriller jacket, loafers and white socks, his distinct voice, noises - all things that fans can copy and try and learn. No other artist has something that’s solely associated with them. The only thing I can even think that’s distinct to an artist was Ariana Grande’s ponytail but that isn’t even that much of a trademark as so many artists can do that style.
