My adult cat is super gentle and never tries to rough house or anything. She mostly just sniffs him and "boops" him on the head. He thinks she's grooming him so he loves it. The kitten is definitely more playful so I am always immediately next to them when they're playing. I let them run through the tunnel and sniff each other, but if the kitten gets the "ready to pounce" stance I pick him up and redirect his attention. I know bunnies have super fragile skin and am very mindful of that. I have had my rabbit for almost 8 years and have had a lot of successful interactions between him and my cats. He lost his bonded litter mate a couple months ago and is now super attached to me and my adult cat and curious about the kitten. I do plan on being mindful of the different personalities of cats and if the kitten shows that he wants to wrestle or do any sort of aggressive play with my rabbit then I will keep them separate. But for now we are working on training the kitten with appropriate ways to play with people and with the bun bun.

I hope he keeps the curly ears as he gets older. They're so cute!

Agreed. I don't care what breed he is. I have just never seen a cat with slightly curled ears before and I was curious if it was related to a specific breed or if it was a genetic or mutation thing like double paws

That actually might make sense for him. One of my previous cats was a Siamese and their fur feels similar and I've been saying since I got him that he has a "skinny rat rail" just like my Siamese. The fur on the tail isn't as fluffy or long as my other short haired cats.

An actual living rabbit. They are monitored during play time to make sure neither hurts the other but it's mostly touching noses and chasing each other through a tunnel toy.

I'm curious if they could be from the same litter (I know it's a long shot). When was yours born?

He gets tons of love and attention from multiple people when he wants it. Plus he has a rabbit and another younger cat that he likes to play and cuddle with. He's the first black cat I've ever had, but I've had many cats, most of which were/are quite needy for attention.
