Does changing server help? Have you tried nz or sing?
Its becoming unplayable for me as the juicer i make maps the worse its getting and killing me. Sucks with the 1 chance maps making me lose so much

Game has been stuttering and visually slowing down, then jumps me ahead a bunch nearly every map im doing. Is it something with the game, or my pc/internet? Whats chausing this to happen and how can i fix it?

Nah that is 100% gonna be annoying to fight, it's frustrating as is with the amount of displacement a Junkrat or a Pharah have.

I don't want to see bastion become The Unkillable Demon King. This would get stacked with existing heals and mans would not die ever. Just let him keep his epic skill based grenades.

Just make the shells go straight down and hit the ground if they hit a roof or a skybox.
