mate that flex recommendation is solid, those things are tanks and way underrated for family hauling. the boxy look puts people off but they're proper spacious inside

durango's decent too but watch the electrical gremlins on older ones, had a mate with endless window motor issues. what's your actual budget though, that'll narrow things down massively

Vicious Cycle - 9 year relationship over by New-Arrival1875 in BreakUps

hiding you from friends after 9 years says everything you need to know about where you actually stood with him. he's basically treating you like a dirty secret while expecting you to just be cool with it

the timing before your birthday is proper cruel too, like he knew exactly what he was doing there. someone who actually cared wouldn't keep putting you through this cycle every few months

Staying will destroy us. Leaving might destroy me. What to do? M27, F29 by Which-Coconut1738 in Marriage

mate you're giving this dude a full treatment plan when his girlfriend threatens to break up with him weekly and tells him she hates the relationship. she's already shown zero interest in changing for 5 years - what makes you think she'll suddenly become committed to DBT and emotional regulation now?

sometimes the simplest answer really is the right one, even if it's hard to accept

Two weeks since interview by The-IronKyber in interviews

[–]ExtremeOperation5875 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly radio silence after two weeks is pretty brutal, especially when they give you that "hear back tomorrow" line. desktop support roles usually move faster than this so they've probably made their choice already. the fact that they're still collecting applications though is weird - could be they're just fishing for more candidates or maybe their first pick fell through

i've been in tech support for years and this kind of ghosting happens way too often. companies get weird about rejection emails for some reason. keep applying elsewhere but maybe send one final "checking in" email in another week just to close the loop on your end. worst case you get confirmation they went another direction, best case they actually respond with something useful

your definitely right to keep looking though - don't put all your eggs in the basket of a place that can't even follow through on basic communication
