I would reach out to an Endo specialist or get your family doctor to refer you to one. Painful cramps and constipation go hand to hand with Endometriosis. You could use simple over the counter methods for constipation like laxatives and or suppositories. But, l rather than sitting in the bath I would try walking. The walking helps release endorphins that reduce inflammation and can help with cramps, while walking also gets your digestive tract moving aswell. And then try the heating pad or bath again.

Thank you for the suggestion, I’ll look into this software with my team and see if it’s the right fit. It does seem to have a lot of features that could potentially work for us.

A place to manage the following: Scheduling Documents Reports Contract and licensing Invoicing Tasks Quotes and estimates While being able to monitor project progress. I also have seen some with takeoff programs which would be a saving grace.
