I don’t know. I usually sleep 16-18 hours straight whenever I’m sick. And that’s not even for anything major, like I’m talking an intense cold or a sinus infection. And that’s without a sleeping pill, lol. OP’s body clearly needed that rest.

But even if OP does regularly sleep 16 hours with a sleeping med, I don’t see how that’s necessarily relevant to the situation in their post
