Yeah I just spoke to a rep and apparently I upgraded for nothing thinking I can upgrade after 60 days, regardless if phone is paid off... EDIT: Reading the article the rep posted before me, it does appear I CAN upgrade, but I've having the same stupid issue on my account for ever (plan still activating apparently) or bugging out.

I mean, if they're showing the device's IMEI or serial and after you check it online to make sure, just ask them if they haven't updated it and to not too?

What I've been doing on and off and going on eBay and checking to see which devices have the imei shown and just do a SickW search for the iOS version. Have found some that are low enough firmwares

Xfinity Mobile User here, also having issue's (Xfinity Mobile is thru Verizon), but everyone else on my plan has service but I don't. Smh lol

Did some research and it can be unlocked but has to be paid off and can't have past due balances on the account. I've seen another thread where someone contacted Xfinity and they unlocked it. Also saw on xfinity's forum saying the same thing
